Dr. Edward Holt is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been serving Ellis County since September 2011. Our office provides a variety of services for all Obstetrics and Gynecology patients with the best health care possible.

We are an Obstetrics (OB) and Gynecology (GYN) practice dedicated to women's health and wellness. We recognize that every woman is a unique individual and believe every patient deserves personalized, compassionate care, including providing bilingual services. We take a patient-centered approach to care, working with each of our patients to develop a treatment plan that meets their unique needs.
Dr. Holt's Story
Dr. Holt grew up on a farm and ranch southwest of Houston, near Rosenberg and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Austin College. Trivia note, he was a member of the Kangaroo's 1984 National Championship Football Team!
After a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, he earned his medical degree from The University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. His Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology took him east to The University of South Carolina. Dr. Holt is board certified by the Amercian Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Although his budding practice occupies a great deal of time, he enjoys spending time with his five daughters: twins Pierce and Megan, twins Lee and Landry, and Reese. In addition, Dr. Holt enjoys travel, exercise and sports.
Dr. Holt has been serving Ellis County since September 2011. Our office provides a variety of services for all Obstetrics and Gynecology patients.
